Requirements:

• Grade 10-12 or equivalent NQF level 3-5, hospital environment, and laundry experience will be added advantage.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work in a team. Be able to work shifts when required.

Duties:

• Distribution and collection of linen to the wards.
• Sluicing of soiled bloodied linen.
• Packing dirty linen into laundry bags and loading them into the truck to be sent to Masakhane for washing.
• Offloading and unpacking of clean linen bags from the service provider.
• Willingness to work more hours and overtime.
• Perform a stocktake every quarter.
• Willingness to give extra mile when needed.
