Rand water is looking for a candidate to assist in Maintenance on the District including the sluice gates

Minimum Requirements             

• Grade 12 or N3( Elecrtical or Mechanical)
• 1 year experience in a similar environment
• Desired : Proficient with Word and Excel an added advantage powerpoint
• Driver’s license: Code 10 and PDP

Primary Duties 

• Maintenance of pipelines and sluice gates
• Pump station, pipeline, pump station, water purification plant, sewege plant and meters maintenance
• Pipeline patrols by bicycle
• Standby duties
• Upkeeping the grounds

Knowledge        

• Experience using mowers and brush cutters
• General maintenance, safety and safe working environment

Skills    

• Communication skills
• Ability to climb and ride bicycle
