Gauteng government is looking for a waste cleaning supervisor at Steve Biko Hospital.
Requirements:
- NQF level 4 (Grade 12/ National Senior Certificate) or National (Vocational) Certificate. (level 4).
- Experience in cleaning (waste) (3 – 5 years).
- Knowledge of Waste management and Horticulture.
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and report writing skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Able to work in a team and under pressure.
Advantage: Driver’s licence (PrDP), Public Hospital/clinical environment.
Duties:
- Supervision. Quality inspection.
- Leave management.
- Implement Discipline.
- Implement Performance Management and Development System.
- Asset management.
- Monitor Service Level Agreement with Service Providers.
- Assist with any other relevant duties under admin & logistics directorate.
